How to View This Document

To view the Readme file on the screen in Windows Notepad, maximize
the Notepad window. To print the Readme file, open it in Notepad or 
another word processor, and then click Print on the File menu.

Part 1: SMALLPEA WINTOP
=================================

WinTop is a Windows desktop tool that can make any window of 
program be always on the top.
* Some items in SmallPea WinTop list may not be seen on the screen
when you are not using Hide Processes mode. It will be safe 
that you don't try to make those items on top.

* You should have VB6 Runtime files in your system to run WinTop.

Part 2: NEW FEATURES IN THIS RELEASE

New features in WinTop 2.0:

- Improved Windows List
  All applications are in alphabetical order.

- Hide Processes option
  WinTop now can hide processes that are not real applications, such as
  *.dll files.

- End Task
  You can use WinTop to close any program that are running.

- Switch to
  Using WinTop, you can switch to the program you want to.
