Answer: You have to have
Microsoft Text-to-Speech and Speech API in your computer in order to
use Read feature in ClipEditor. Click
here to download them. After you install, you can use Read
feature in ClipEditor. If you are using Microsoft Windows 2000,
Microsoft Text-to-Speech and Speech API are already in your system.
